Preventing casting defects requires careful consideration of various factors, including proper mold design, appropriate material selection, precise process control, and adherence to quality standards. Quality control measures like visual inspection, non-destructive testing, and process optimization can help identify and rectify casting defects to ensure the production of high-quality castings.
